Hand sanitiser journey

0 min read

One of the simplest ways to prevent the spread of germs and viruses is to keep our hands clean.

This means being aware of areas where the risk of contamination is high and putting measures in place to protect ourselves and others.

While regular hand washing is important, there are many instances throughout the day when hand sanitiser comes in useful.

7am

If you’re going to the gym for a morning workout, sanitise your hands before and after using exercise machines and weights.

8.45am

Remember to sanitise when you arrive at work. Many offices have dispenser pumps at the entrance.

12.30pm

If you go to the shops at lunch, take particular caution when using self-service till points and use hand sanitiser before you enter and when you leave.

3.30pm

Make hand sanitisation the first step in your family’s after school routine. When you collect the kids from school, make sure the children and you immediately use hand sanitiser.

7pm

If you’re heading to a restaurant for dinner, sanitise your hands on arrival and departure, and don’t touch shared menus.

Always having a bottle of hand sanitiser close by will help protect yourself and others throughout the day.
