Dentist’s recommendation for healthy teeth and gum: Brush your teeth for about 2 minutes last thing at night before you go to bed and on 1 other occasion every day. Clean between your teeth daily. Regular interdentally brushing and flossing may also reduce gum disease and bad breath. Mouthwash can be used between brushing to help reduce plaque further. Using a mouthwash that contains fluoride can help prevent tooth decay. Change your toothbrush every 3 months. Visit your dentist regularly.
Directions for use: To open: squeeze both fingers pads and turn cap. Pour half a capful (10ml) and rinse around teeth and gums for 30 seconds, then spit out. Adult supervision is recommended to minimise swallowing.
