What is the delivery process for smaller quantity orders including Zidac Antibacterial Hand Gel?
UK delivery for orders over £50 is free. Orders less than £50 will incur a £3.95 delivery charge. For bulk orders please contact our sales team for more information.
Where do we deliver?
We are only able to process orders and deliver items to customers who reside in England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately we cannot offer International delivery yet. Apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
Is there a minimum order quantity?

How long does delivery take from order date?
For deliveries within the United Kingdom, next day delivery is available in most cases if ordered before 11:00. Outside of the United Kingdom this will depend on local jurisdictions. Please speak to our sales team for more information.
How can I set up a business account with Zidac?
If purchasing through our web store there is no need to set up a business account. For bulk orders please contact our sales team for more information.
What are the payment options?
Customers can use a bank card to pay for orders placed through our web store. For bulk orders, payment is taken by bank transfer prior to collection or delivery.
What is the size of the company?
We are classified as an SME (small to medium enterprise) as defined by the European Commission; we currently have around 65 employees and turnover in excess of £25 million.
What is your production capacity?
Our production capacity is more than 3 million units per week catering to a range of small, medium and large clients.
What other products do you manufacture?
As well as hand sanitiser we produce mouthwash, handwash, surface cleaner, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and various other personal care products.
Can you produce products with private/ custom labels?
Yes, we can produce custom labels for orders of 10,000 units or more. Please contact our sales team for more information.
Are Zidac products manufactured in the UK?
Yes. All Zidac products are proudly manufactured in the UK out of our factory in Portsmouth, England.
